i) Decree of Divorce or Nullity of Marriage

If nature of registration is Divorce or Nullity of Marriage through Customary Laws (for Divorce or Nullity of Marriage prior to 27 January 2025)

i) Proof of dissolution of Marriage or Nullification of Marriage

If an appeal against the decree was filed

i) Upload Final Order

If petition for appeal been filed was filed (for High Court or Supreme Court)

i) Upload Final Order

Provide any one of the documents from the list provided for the Child/Children's Details

i) Birth Certificate (If the child is born). ii) Adoption Certificate (If the child is adopted)
